Work in Progress

I started they Keyka Lou Lots of Pockets pattern Monday night. Got all the pattern pieces cut out & interfacing ironed on. Last night I started sewing everything together, hoping to get it finished up. Unfortunately "lots of pockets" translates to LOTS of pattern pieces with lots of little details. I think it'll be worth it in the end, but the process is slow. So far I really like how everything is coming together.

This is the bag lining, with the pocket made from the main body fabric.

Until next time...

  1. I hope it is worth all this, although, I am sure it will be! I think this purse is super cute! I did the wallet last night and it's super easy and quick. I may have to be brave and try this one out sometime!

  2. Do you have the pattern yet? It's intimidating (I think I counted 16 separate pieces to cut out!), but it's coming together nicely. I'm hoping to get it finished up tonight & hopefully have time left to do a matching wallet or clutch - I need an easy project after this one!

  3. Hi Bree! Thanks for all the "comment-love" over at my blog! I love all the clutches you have made...very good fabric choices.

  4. Can you email me at bsewcrafty(at)yahoo(dot)com? I have some questions for you that don't need to be put on your blog hahahaha sounds ominous but it's not!

Thank you for your comments, I appreciate each & every one I get. I do try to respond to most (if not all) comments, but that's hard to do if you don't have an e-mail in your profile! :)
